Refund policy

All sales are final at time of purchase and no refund or exchange for store credit will be permitted.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email shophannahk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

LOST PACKAGES:

Hannah K is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. If a package is lost or stolen, please reach out directly to the carrier to file a claim.
